Shipping & Returns



Items must be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of purchase price of product.  Tri-California will be responsible for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
To return an item simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the return item(s) button.  We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item(s). Send the items you wish to return or exchange to the following address:

Please include your email address and a phone number along with a written reason for the return along with the new item you would like to exchange it for.  You will be contacted via email on the status of your return/exchange.


All items will ship within 3-5 business days. As soon as shipment tracking numbers are available an email confirmation will be sent to you so you can monitor shipment.
